Description : Swoopingeagle is a handsome dark-striped tabby cat. His body is lean with muscles and paws that seem to be a bit too big for his body. Despite having big paws, this tom’s form is built for speed and agility. The fur on his pelt is a light gray with darker stripes running up and down his body. White is evident around his muzzle, extending to his long whiskers, and the tips of his front paws. His nose is a soft red color surrounded by the black that is splashed upon his paw pads and claws. His clear, kind eyes are a soft moss-green color. Around his almond-shaped eyes are white markings, making it almost seem as if he’s wearing a mask.

Personality : This tom is one of the happiest cats in SnowClan. He’s very optimistic about almost every situation. However, he does have a bad habit of ignoring problems, hoping they will go away on their own instead of facing them head-on. Very charming, he does well with she-cats and is able to make most toms feel comfortable around him as well. Perhaps a tad arrogant about his speed, this tom probably does deserve a cuff across the ears once in a while. He loves to laugh and joke around, and enjoys spending time with the apprentices and kits of the clan. In fact, he often takes the role of “big brother” in regards to the younger cats of the clan, and will make an excellent father one day. Despite being such a fun-lover, he is also a hard worker and doesn’t mind taking on extra patrols or guard shifts if the clan needed him to. He’s a great friend to cats of any age and is quite comfortable in all kinds of settings, usually helping to ease others as well.

History : Swoopingeagle’s father was actually a loner while his mother was part of SnowClan. They had met when she was chasing him out of SnowClan territory and, although it was forbidden, it was love at first sight. The two continued to meet for a few moons, and Softpelt eventually found out that she was pregnant. When she started showing, her mate disappeared and Softpelt always wondered whether or not he was still alive. Softpelt, unfortunately, passed away while giving birth to Swoopingeagle. Swoopingeagle’s foster mother, Sharptail, nursed him with her own son Stormykit. Sharptail called her new charge “Swoopingkit” because it seemed like he was always trying to fly by leaping off of rocks and stones. When he was an apprentice, Swoopingeagle was very energetic and earned quite a few small cuffs on the head for being annoying. Thankfully, his mentor was patient enough to put up with him until he became a warrior. The energy led him to becoming one of the fastest cats in SnowClan.

Swoopingeagle was actually made into a warrior about a moon after the clans began the Great Move, along with his brother Stormyeyes. Swoopingeagle was unsure as to his place in helping the clans, but he seemed to find his niche soon enough: being a bit of a goofball, Swoopingeagle enjoyed playing with the younger apprentices and kits during the harsh travels. Swoopingeagle seemed to be fine with finding new homes, actually; he stayed optimistic that the new homes would be better than the old dens.
