Illustration Help?

So I'm making a notebook for my friend Alison for her birthday like I do every year, and I need to get it done today so i can send it out tomorrow. So I draw four illustrations- connected in some way- and put thhem on the front and inside covers of the notebook.

The front cover is really pretty; it's a message in a bottle, floating through the ocean. But the other three illustrations? I'm stuck. I kind of want to involve a mermaid but I'm not sure. HELP ME!?!?!?!

oh noes, I think I'm late answering, but

--and a swimmer about to be eaten by a shark on the last.

ha ha, good idea. but I had a mermaid reading the note, showing it to my friend, and then splasing away. I sent the package this morning good idea though!
